Our Golf Performance Physical Programs are best fit for golfers, both juniors and adults, who are looking to improve their physical fitness for performance and injury prevention. All golfers in program will go through an initial baseline assessment including: physical assessment, power test, strength and endurance tests, and golf swing 3D biomechanics analysis to identify the efficacy of physical use in the golf swing.
Upon completion of baseline, each golfer will be provided with an individualized program that will consists a combination of therapy, corrective exercise, strengthening and conditioning exercises to be work to enhance performance and prevent injury as they go through different growth phases. Do you have stability in your shoulders?
Try this simple exercise with or even without a resistance band.
‼️ keep elbows in as you move your arm up
‼️engage shoulder blades so you are moving the shoulder blades together with the arm moving up

A simple exercise for knee pain caused by weak Quads - specifically the medial muscle VMO. Most people tend to lose knee extension range of motion overtime and result in inhibited Quad muscles to get into full knee extension.
Here’s an easy exercise for anyone to do at home with just a resistance band to help you feel the engagement of your quads and raising your leg against the resistance to help stabilize the leg through the range.
