While we may not know all of the long term effects of Genetically Modified foods, what those of us in the know have known and tried to explain for quite some time, is that one particular genetic modification has been killing us for years. Modifying seeds so that the crops can live through multiple RoundUp branded herbicide sprayings, with Glyphosate as a key ingredient, is the GMO that keeps us preaching about GMO!!!
Monsanto has just been ordered to pay a farmer over $280,000,000 for causing him cancer. In the tribunals it was made clear and obvious that Glyphosate is a carcinogen.

When people argue that GMO is safe and does more food than bad, it angers me. Now that the courts have found that ROUNDUP is a carcinogen because of its ingredient GLYPHOSATE. Millions have been paid out so far and I hope this is just the beginning.

Most GMO are modified to withstand a ROUNDUP spraying. This ROUNDUP kills everything green with which it comes into contact. CORN and SOY are amongst the worst GMO foods on the planet and it is being fed to us, to cows, to chickens, fish, pigs and more. So even if we try to avoid these ingredients, they are being fed and used almost everywhere.
