We’re proud to share that two Signature Communities home designs from Lively Estate Homes have been named finalists at the 2026 BILD GTA Awards in the Architectural / Design Awards category for Best Single-Detached House Design, Large.

Legacy, Elevation A and Grand Haven 1, Elevation B have both been recognized among this year’s finalists. A meaningful achievement that reflects the vision, collaboration and attention to detail behind each design.
