4 Weeks Post Op Rehab for an Anteromedial ACL Reconstruction 💪.
Goals:
⚽️ Improve passive and active assisted ROM of the knee.
⚽️ Surrounding Muscle Activation and Education.
⚽️ Staying Consistent with Home Exercises and Treatments.
