An unfortunate situation with these heat pumps recently installed at a building. This is the first maintenance on these units, most of them haven’t seen any use yet. Beat up coils, crazy excessive silicone around the frame (which has to be removed in many cases due to poor fit at installation), walled in units, and garbage left in condensate pans, just begging for a flood. Nuts!!! 🤯
