HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR 🧧 🐅 🏮
Been MIA the past month because got a new puppy 🐶 which has been keeping us busy! I’ve still been experimenting here and there including this Oolong Toffee Cookie!
For those who may remember I have made a Hojicha Toffee Cookie in the past and wanted to try replacing Hojicha w Oolong this time. I used Roasted Oolong Powder which is so convenient to use and tastes amazing!
Since the toffee bits amp up the sweetness, I decrease the sugar in the dough to balance.
