Created this summary for some recent digital coaching. Always great to start with what social media channels are most used for and what people expect to get out of using them before we create content to talk about issues that matter. That way we can grab their attention.

Some quick tips for non-profits and progressives?

✅ You have a higher chance of engagement if you post regularly

✅ Become known for participating in a timely manner and/or framing breaking news (helps with media and GR strategy)

✅ Comment, engage with and converse on OTHER accounts' tweets

✅ Try new things, pay attention to what others do well, and look at your analytics to see what works for you

✅ Mashup your - some niche, some more popular
