Wondering about my pelvic floor rebuild course? Read a participants review on the easy to follow program here:

A few years ago I had several in person sessions for treatment of a pelvic prolapse with Cathy Watson at her studio in Vernon, B.C.

Her help and expertise were invaluable but due to location and the distance I had to travel I was unable to see her on a regular basis; however; Cathy kept me updated on her activities via email which is how I recently discovered the new course she has developed called, “Pelvic Floor Rebuild”.

After a bit of research I concluded that this program would be a big Yes! for me and I had no hesitation in enrolling in the course.

My expectations have been more than met.

This course is very well presented, extremely informative and leaves no room for an individual to not understand what to do. I would highly recommend it to anybody who has pelvic floor issues. Additionally, I would also highly recommend it to anybody who currently does not have pelvic floor issues as a preventative tool to avoid them having these issues in the future.

It is only in the past ten years or so that pelvic floor problems and issues have really come out into the open to be discussed and this course is a very refreshing (and for me absolutely appreciated) approach to the subject.

Are you ready to say goodbye to incontinence and all the things that come with a weak pelvic floor?

My pelvic floor rebuild e course is on SALE only till Thursday March 31!

What many women do when facing an incontinence problem, is playing it off as a normal thing that just happens. They suffer silently, assuming it’s the ‘cost of childbirth’ and say - “my mother dealt with it, I will too”.

Some women try the kegel balls, some try abdominal exercises, and some even resort to expensive and risky surgery.

As a registered physiotherapist in the Okanagan Valley, BC, Canada, I started to have many women come to me post-childbirth asking about strengthening their pelvic floor. They were tired of the incontinence issues that come along with a weakened pelvic floor and they also knew that if they wanted to have more children, they needed to rebuild those muscles back up.

(Bonus: s*x is better too ;))

If you're ready - head to the website today.
