This strawberry chocolate cake is filled with moist chocolate cake layers, filled with chocolate ganache and strawberry jam. Its wrapped under the most amazing chocolate frosting and is topped with more ganache and strawberry’s!⁣

Once upon a time I made a vow that I would never... ever do cupcakes. Anywhoo I was wrong. As more friends get married and have kids, cupcakes are definitely a different Alternative to the standard cake.
These vanilla cupcakes with Italian meringue buttercream are super easy to make and taste great (I hope lol). Basic colours and flavours are simply the best.

As I take a little break from baking over the next few weeks I’m super excited to be going to a few spots in Asia where I hope to bring some asian inspired flavours into some of my next projects!
