Our last Arm Balance Workshop was such a success, we're doing it again only this time, adding HEADSTANDS!

I’ll guide you with my signature technique tips, prop support and hands on adjustments so you can safely build the shapes of headstands and arm balance inversions in an unheated room.

You will leave feeling physically playful and empowered to bring new shapes to your yoga asana practice.

I used to consider toddlers my most honest audience members. Until I saw the man in this pic.

🥱

Seriously, though, I toured the US and UK with the Rugrats and played stadiums filled with 15,000 toddlers and their parents. When they saw their favorite chrachter enter stage, they cheered - 15,000 shrieking kiddos! When they didnt like the character, it was 15,000 boos. Their harsh and honest responses were humbling and kept us performers on our toes!

After seeing drowsy dude in this pic, maybe booing toddlers don’t seem so bad.
