Brady was already running an $8M business when he joined Breakthrough Academy. But he’ll tell you straight: he was “stumbling his way to success.”

He was working 50–60 hours a week. And like a lot of contractors, he was making too many decisions on gut instead of data. So he got to work.

He learned the language of business. Built better systems. Developed his team. And kept going even when he wanted to quit.

Then he set an incredibly ambitious goal: work 4 hours a day, 9 months a year by January 2024.

He hit it in November 2022, 14 months early.

Today, Ox Glass is on pace for $20M in revenue at 10% net profit, with a team that runs the business without Brady needing to be in the office every day.
