Ok my 6 year old daughter Sydney was doing art work this morning and said “Mommy I made you this, this is something special for you….I am still laughing….but hey get your mind out of the gutter it is a (drumroll please) flower 🤣🌸🤭🤪

Happy SUNDAY!!!! Check out the second pic for what is a serious pool of sweat; as I was holding my plank after a burner full body session that felt flippin amazing I watched the sweat fall of my face and gather in a squishy pool and I was suddenly struck by how proud I was, that was the proof of all of hard work I have put into myself day in and day out and it felt awesome. So my tip of the day: work your butt off in whatever way makes sense to you, go after your goals hard, follow YOUR path no one elses, do what makes YOU feel good then after you hit the deck hard, look down and be proud of how far YOU have come…HOOYAH😍

Happy 53rd Anniversary Mom and Dad ❤️🎉 we had an awesome pizza party to celebrate these two amazing people who are a shining example of being together in the good, bad, sad, tough times and in the joyous celebrations. My mom and dad married young, lost their first child, set up a new life for themselves in a strange country, gave my sister and I everything we needed and more, attended all of our shows, graduations, ceremonies, opened their home up to family and friends and most importantly they did it as a team…now 53 years later and they may be getting a bit less tolerant (hahahaha) but seriously thank YOU for showing us what love is made of xoxoxoxoxoxo 💕💕💕
