I stepped back from some of the bigger reno jobs here in Vancouver as we obsessed with our own reno project in Whistler. Wanted to let veryone know, and particularly my Vancouver based friends and clients that things are shifting back to normal. Whistler is pretty much ready to be our Whistler place as well as a short term rental to others.

Sorry if some of the projects are from last year, I've been so busy, these updates are long overdue. It's been a restful week catching up on my own home projects and getting back to some important promotional work. Taking back the basement.

Vancouver is a crazy place to own a home. Once you've managed to purchase one, good luck affording to fix it up. There are a lot of contractors out there and now most of them are too busy to help you.

My business is simple. Low overhead. I keep it simple and close to home. I keep myself busy on small to medium renovation/remodelling projects that most contractors would find too small or not profitable to do.
