Our next Level 1 starts TOMORROW. Join for a 6 week strength training overview and begin your journey through our 4 level training system.

Strength training has incredible benefits, but requires lifting heavy weights. We value a slow approach to teaching you a skill set that keeps you safe while you build the confidence to lift heavy things. This 6 week program will teach you 4 key exercises and 4 fundamental techniques to organize your body so that you can get stronger safely and with confidence.

So incredibly honoured and excited to lead a recovery foam rolling class at again this year!! We'll be taking over Slay Bay on Saturday at noon.

You can expect an extremely accessible class where most of the time will be spent lying on the ground giving yourself some TLC using a foam roller. We have about 70 rollers for people, but if you have one laying around, dust it off and bring it on Saturday!

We had such a fun members night on the lead up to the holidays, and then FINALLY managed to get (nearly) all EP coaches in a room at the same time for a wonderful coaches dinner.
