Every corner in Stanley Park holds incredible stories of the Indigenous history of the land.

Members of the Learning Exchange Drop-In program and the Carnegie Community Centre Program enjoyed the Spoken Treasures historical walking tour, which shared the story of the park through the stories and lived histories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musquem) peoples whose ancestors have called this place home since time immemorial.
