I would like to introduce the idea that hit me like lightning earlier this week and has now materialized into reality and I am so excited to share it!

HomeWerk is a live, online, and at-home retreat that will take place on April 18 and 19, 9am-4pm PST. I have gathered some of my favourite teachers to share their expertise with you in a retreat-style format. We will explore concepts and styles such as our role as individuals in the collective, Qi gong practice, Yoga classes and therapy, TCM techniques, EFT, journaling, massage, spiritual guidance, natural movement, and resilience training.

Did I mention this is all "donate what you can"? All proceeds will go to organizations that are extremely necessary during this time such as the Greater Vancouver Food Bank. All these teachers are donating their time and expertise and everyone is welcome to join! If you can't donate at this time, I still want to see your beautiful face, because we are in this together!
