UBC’s Centre for Rural Health Research is inviting rural residents of BC who have undergone surgery in the last 12 months to share their experiences with pre and post-surgery consultations.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. As compensation for your time, you can enter a draw to win one of five $100 grocery gift cards.
