❓ABOUT RICK ❓

From a young age Rick knew he wanted to have a career in sports, dreaming of someday being on Hockey Night in Canada. In University, Rick began stand-up comedy and eventually moved to Toronto to pursue it full-time. Since then, Rick has managed to tour the country with Yuk Yuk’s and become a roster comedian with The Corner Comedy Club.

Urged by his peers, Rick began creating comedy content specializing in hockey and Canadian videos through social media. His second ever video went viral on Barstool Sports and Spittin Chiclets social media pages.

One of his hockey roasts was discovered by Kevin Connolly and he asked Rick to roast the hosts of Missin Curfew - Shane O’Brien, Scottie Upshall and the late Jimmy Hayes.

Rick eventually went on to become a guest on one of their episodes and was voted fan favourite among listeners.

Today, Rick has built a social media following of over 20 thousand followers on Instagram and 50 thousand on Tik Tok respectively, becoming one of Canada’s rising stars.
