has been crushing her goals!

While we trained up her deadlifts, she asked “how much does this weigh now?” As she pointed at the loaded barbell.
“135 pounds,” I answered.
Margaret is up to 152 pounds lost on her fat loss journey. She wondered what it would feel like to pick up all the lost weight. So we hit 145 for one rep. Then she did this:

She crushed multiple reps with 155 # (from blocks)
Look at that war face! So proud of this woman’s journey 💪🏽💪🏻💪🏿🦾

Happy Tuesday team!
grump and I are loving bouldering! We chose to go with memberships to our local bouldering gym because we are going climbing as much as we can over the coming months.

Bouldering is amazing cardiovascular and musculoskeletal strengthening exercise. Plus, you get to play - you get to climb around like you were 10 years old again, climbing trees.

Exercise doesn’t always need to be sets/reps or kilometres out/home. Sometimes you just need to throw yourself into a physical contest and watch the sweat add up.

A traditional gym is not for everyone. Many people are not comfortable going into a gym that is full of people & equipment.

The place that you go to get stronger is not what matters. It’s what you do once you are there.

Some people run outside - rain or shine. Some people sign into an online class and set up in their living room. Some people just want to go on an adventure, and they get stronger by adventuring.
grump loves to get stronger by going to our beloved bouldering gym .

I’m always inspired by her - just look at her moves! I need to work on my flexibility so I can make this look so good.
