2023 Follow the Sun to “Help Children Amputees of Turkiye (CATE Project) run and rise again” Walk and Run is almost here.

On Saturday, May 6th, 2023 10:00 AM we will run and walk all over the world, starting from Sydney and finishing in Vancouver, following different time zones and never missing the sun. Cities Amsterdam, Belgrade, Boulder, Boston, Copenhagen, Cork, Dubai, Ibiza, Krakow, London, Lodz, New York, Paris, San Diego, Sydney, Toronto, Vancouver and Warsaw will start the event at their own local time to follow the sun for children.

This event marks the 3-month anniversary of the devastating earthquakes and aims to create a fund to support children amputees with prosthesis, physical therapy and long-term education after the devastating earthquakes happened on February 6th, 2023.

The fundraising event will support the “Children Amputees of Turkiye (CATE)” project by leveraging Bridge to Turkiye Fund (BTF)’s donation channel.

Project’s Vancouver leg is organized by TUSAR and supported by volunteers from OAAC.
