A few general ideas that can be hugely helpful for ADHD’ers at work or at school✨

All of these strategies have been hugely helpful for me but if I had to choose my top two, they would be changing up where I work (standing sometimes, sitting sometimes, lying down sometimes…) and scheduling check-in times with a friend/colleague to keep me on track✨
