Contact Dance Workshop ~ Damian Kai Norman
Come join us for a movement and embodiment experience that focuses on connection, play, and exploring how we can dance together through touch in a safe and creative way. Whether you are an experienced contact improv artist or first timer there will be fun to be had! This workshop will meet you where your at and give space for more experienced dancers to explore.

Damian Kai Norman comes from a professional dance background with over 10 years of experience teaching and performing. Norman embraces a warm, grounded, and playful approach to movement. He is a man who connects authentically with others and loves learning how each person uniquely expresses through our shared physicality.

Damian is a certified breathwork facilitator, certified trauma wellness counsellor, trained meditation facilitator, and movement specialist professionally trained and certified in contemporary dance, ballet, modern dance, ballroom, contact dance, yoga, movement flow, Somatic Experiencing and qi gong.
