Creative Pathways™, in partnership with Elevate Inclusion Strategies, offers no-cost professional development for B.C. motion picture workers focused on accessibility and inclusive workplaces.

Accessible sets are safer, more collaborative and lead to stronger creative outcomes. This training equips participants with practical tools to reduce barriers, address unconscious bias and foster respectful, inclusive production environments.
