This holiday season we are offering not one but three delectable meal options for you to enjoy. Our festive crowd pleasing turkey roulade is served with buttery mashed potatoes, savoury stuffing, turkey gravy, and spiced cranberry sauce. If turkey is not your thing no worries! We are offering lamb loin chops marinated in a herb and spice blend served alongside a creamy cauliflower orzotto, pesto sauce, confit tomatoes, and red wine jus. Don’t eat meat? Good! We have an exciting vegetarian option for you as well. Our roasted cauliflower steak is glazed with a sweet and savoury miso honey and served with a ricotta and spinach empanada, purple cabbage puree, green apple pearls, slivered almonds, pomegranate salsa and vinaigrette. All our holiday meal kits include a brussels sprout salad and a sticky date pudding with caramel sauce.

Behind the scenes! Today at Oui Chef we are prepping porchettas for a few lucky clients who love all thing pork! We dry brined our pork bellies with a traditional fennel porchetta cure and roasted them perfection attaining that lovely crunch factor we all dream about! These juicy and crispy bad boys then get served with our very own Italian salsa verde.
