What most articles missed was the fact he was a lawyer. So he had a vast understanding of contracts

The concept of a private sale, or a for sale by owner is not a new concept.

But what AI or ChatGPT can’t do is skilled professional unbiassed negotiation

working hard and being available DOESN’T mean 24/7. if you do that you will burn out and your ability to connect and build trust with people is exponentially harder when you’re burnt out

Here’s what I implemented into my business so i don’t work 24/7, yet I’m still available

I’m PROACTIVE

- proactive in my communication with my clients and other agents

- proactive in booking time off and getting appointments covered

- proactive in setting boundaries (certian things need to be done/booked NOW but some can wait a few hours or be done the next day)

- proactive in anticipating events and planning for contingencies
