I’ll be completely honest with you: I didn’t have a ton of time today. I was tired. And I really didn’t want to do these walking lunges.

Walking lunges suck. They are brutal.

But I did them anyway as part of my leg routine because they are incredibly effective when you’re short on time.

Here’s the reality of the “It Must Suck” strategy: The workout is going to be hard. It’s going to be uncomfortable. But you know what sucks way more than a heavy set of lunges?

❌ Having zero energy for my family at the end of the day.
❌ Feeling weak or getting injured when I play tennis.
❌ Letting my excuses dictate my health.

I want to feel strong. I want to be active. So, I put my feelings of being tired aside. I looked at my structured plan, and I just executed it.

And guess what? I felt 100x better afterward.

You don’t have to love the exercise. You just have to love the result. Stop waiting for motivation to strike. Build a plan, execute it, and embrace the suck.

Need a structured plan that actually fits your busy schedule? Let’s talk. DM to get started.

“A beautiful day to practice. Each day offers an opportunity to improve on something.”

As we navigate life beyond our twenties, it’s common to feel the weight of time – perhaps a little less energy, a few more aches, or the sense that ‘life just gets in the way.’ If you’re finding yourself yearning for that feeling of vitality but are unsure where to begin, remember the profound truth in simple, consistent effort.

Kyle Lane Personal Training is built on the understanding that lasting change isn’t about quick fixes, but about nurturing a resilient spirit and a body that serves you well. Inspired by Stoic principles, we focus on the power of daily practice: the small, deliberate choices that, over time, sculpt not just your physique, but your entire outlook.

It’s about choosing to move a little more, eat a little better, communicate a little clearer, or simply dedicate a moment to yourself. These aren’t just physical acts; they are acts of self-respect and commitment to your own long-term well-being. Let’s rediscover your inner athlete, not through intense pressure, but through the steady, unwavering pursuit of daily improvement. Your future self will thank you for the practice you put in today.

You don’t need more motivation. You need consistency.

Consistency, not perfection. Every effort counts towards the stronger you.

Foram didn’t chase perfect workouts, perfect weeks, or perfect motivation.
They showed up. Again and again. On busy days, on low-energy days, on “I almost didn’t come in” days.

And that’s where the change happened.

Strength built quietly.
Confidence followed.
And now it’s just part of who they are.

This is how it works for busy professionals.
Not all-in. Not all-or-nothing.
Just consistent enough to keep moving forward.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need a plan that fits your life… and the discipline to stick with it.

That’s where everything changes.

If you’re ready to feel stronger and actually keep it that way, send me a message.
