CANVAS-COVID – CANVAS-COVID Study Enrolment 04/15/2021

The Canadian National Vaccine Safety Network is monitoring the safety of COVID-19 vaccines. This research involves completing online surveys after receiving the vaccine. Those who have not received a COVID-19 vaccine may also participate by completing surveys in the control group. As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to have a good attitude with positive thinking. New study shows that patients with coronary heart disease who reported having higher levels of positive emotions (e.g., detetmination, excitement, and enthusiasm) were more likely to exercise, sleep better, and avoid smoking.
