In 2026, it’s impossible to live life without hearing about AI in some shape or form, whether it be for medical sciences, homework or ai-dating sites ( 👁️ ) and it’s hard to ignore the far reach of AI in many industries, with it now being advanced enough to develop shockingly realistic pictures that can’t be differentiated with the naked eye. Despite the looming threats multiple industries, is AI truly all negatives?

If what you just read caught your eye, make sure to come listen to our Faculty Advisor and Prof. Gregor Richards’s discussion on this topic in EIT 1050 on March 25th from 6pm-8pm ‼️
