This is a deliciously relaxing class. We hold poses in total comfort, supported by blocks blankets, eye pillows and bolsters. Inviting & allowing the body to let go. To release patterns deeply held in the mind/body systems.
All props are supplied, you are always welcome to bring your own comfy blanket.
