Looking to see what interest I may have in a new to me flavour! Thinking of doing a BOUNTY BAR cheesecake. This would be a chocolate crust, chocolate cheesecake with coconut shreds, topped with chocolate ganache, coconut shreds, whipped cream and pieces of cut bounty bar!! This would be $5 for a tester slice. Looking to do FRIDAY EVENING (5-5:30 pickup)
