The Ascent is a cyberpunk-themed action RPG with twin-stick shooter combat. It blends fast-paced gunplay with RPG progression, loot, and a gritty dystopian future.
It’s one of our favourites because nothing quite compares to The Ascent in the couch co-op category — chaotic, beautiful, and insanely fun together.
Every year I’ve done heavy, ornament-packed trees,
but this year I wanted something poetic — a tree that plays with shadow.
So I dressed my birch tree in fall colours, trying to capture an essence of fall in winter.
Birch trees are difficult to decorate unless you go minimalist… and I don’t do minimalism 😂
It’s not perfect, but my vision came to life.
Enjoy Autumn’s Last Breath.
I’ve been slowly building my little cabinet of memories — crystal by crystal, teacup by teacup — and today I brought home pieces I never thought I’d find while thrift shopping.
🖤The Anniversary Rose by Ridgway Ironstone (Est. 1792, England) — a discontinued pattern I’ve been hunting for forever. The soft crazing, the fading gold trims, the hand-painted roses… every imperfection tells its own story. These sets are getting so rare now, and somehow I found mine quietly waiting on a shelf.
🖤And then — the real treasure.
This green-leaf Victorian pitcher, with gold sponging and transferware detailing… an actual late 1800s piece, around 1880–1900. That means she’s at least 100 to 140 years old. Older than airplanes. Older than most cities we live in today. A tiny piece of history that survived a century just to sit in my cabinet tonight.
I didn’t expect to find antiques this old. But that’s the magic of thrifting — you don’t choose the pieces; sometimes the pieces choose you.
Now everything lives together — painted wine glasses, pure crystal goblets &mismatched florals
I don’t collect for perfection. I collect for the stories, the age, the hands they passed through… and the quiet romance of objects that outlived time.
🖤Piece by piece, my little vintage world grows.
