Did you know that today is Anti-Bullying Day? To mark the occasion, people are encouraged to show their support of anti-bullying awareness and education by wearing blue!

👂; When we think about anxiety, we often think it’s a feeling of uneasiness, fear, discomfort, etc. Although these feelings are characteristics of anxiety, it’s possible our anxiety could be telling us more. It can serve as a reminder to perform certain actions, which may aid in decreasing our anxiety. Although uncomfortable, there is always an upside to everything and it is all about finding the silver linings! ✨
