20 days till 40 years are under my belt. Today I’d like to post about my Muay Thai family. For 8 years I trained with people who will forever hold a special place in my heart. My time training with and the many others was the most physically rewarding and not to mention fun time of my life. I think it might be time head back. Let’s throw some elbows & knees around! @ Old School Muay Thai - Toronto
