Position: Dental Office receptionist/Assistant

Details of the role and work involved – tasks etc (details)
• Preparing patients for dental work.
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Greet patients as they come into the office.
• Answer patient's questions.
• Schedule appointments.
• Take and process payments.
• Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records)
• Call insurance companies for breakdown coverage
