TODAYS tip of the day comes in the topic of pasta salad!
When making pasta salad after it is finished cooking on the stove it is best to run in it under cold water as soon as possible. The reason being is so that it doesn't continue to cook and so that the egg based products/condiments added afterwards do not cook.

TODAYS topic: Vinaigrette.
If you don’t have time to go to the grocery store and need a quick dressing for your salad here’s a quick tip that’ll get you through! To make your own vinaigrette dressing the ratio is 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. Hope this helps!
