Who am I: Mental health advocate, a mother, a journalist (in a past life), all things equality, and a person on her self-love + self-acceptance journey! 🧿🧿🙏🙏
How I do it? I like to bring my love for dance and music together with little things that motivate me to continue my self-love journey.
Why I do it? I was struggling mentally and emotionally for more than four years after I moved country, delivered a baby, and found myself in a place where everything was new to me. No friends, no family, no job, and a first-time mom struggling to adjust to a new country, learning to be a mom, and trying to work on her career. Many times I touched rock bottom, but I bounced back. Every single time! It has been freakin hard, but taking one day at a time has been my mantra for a long time, and it works. So, my social media reminds me to look through the camera, have fun, and register all landmark moments in my life. 🌞🌞🌞🌞
