Some days, the weight of life doesn’t announce itself loudly. It settles in quietly—behind your eyes, in your chest, in the spaces where motivation used to live. Depression isn’t always visible, and mental illness doesn’t follow a script. It’s showing up when everything feels heavy. It’s carrying thoughts you didn’t choose. It’s doing your best in moments that don’t feel like they count.

Behind the curtain you struggle, but externally you tell a different story.

There’s a quiet kind of strength in continuing anyway. In getting out of bed. In answering one message. In choosing gratitude. In finding joy in the smallest of ways.

As Robert Frost wrote, “The best way out is always through.”

Not fast. Not perfectly. Just… through.

Icy hikes on a bluebird day 🤍

There’s something profoundly healing about being outside — especially in winter, when everything is quiet and still.

The air is sharp. This week the sky was incredibly blue. The ground was crunching beneath my boots, reminding me that I was here — present, breathing, alive.

When the world feels heavy, nature has a way of holding it for us. Studies show that time outdoors lowers cortisol, reduces anxiety, and helps regulate our nervous system. But beyond the science, there’s the feeling — the quiet clarity that comes from moving your body under an open sky.

Cold air air on my cheeks. Sunlight bouncing off fresh snow. The rippling sound of flowing melting ice water. Silence that isn’t empty, just still.

Being outside, and taking these hikes alone, prompts me to slow down. To notice. To breathe deeper. To let go of what I’ve been carrying.

And on days when motivation feels low or my thoughts feel loud, I’ve learned this simple truth: go outside anyway. Even 10 minutes can shift something internally. A short walk becomes a reset. A hike becomes perspective.

Hiking, no matter the season helps me feel grounded, keeps my mind clear, and quietly powerful.

I encourage you to step outside.
Let the light meet you where you are.

xoxo

Montreal, we’re bringing fashion with purpose to you.

I’m so excited to host a special Sip & Shop for a Cause event tomorrow in collaboration with the lovely .co2lift of Canada and — an evening where beauty, style, and impact come together.

We’ll be celebrating science-backed skincare, timeless fashion, and most importantly — community.

A portion of proceeds from the evening will support Fondation des pompiers du Québec, an organization doing meaningful work for families and communities across this province.

Because when women gather with intention, incredible things happen.
Conversations deepen.
Connections strengthen.
And impact multiplies.

I cannot wait to raise a glass there with you for something that truly matters.

“Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year make a resolution to BE yourself.”
— Viola Davis

Friends, I am stepping into this year grounded in authenticity and purpose, and ready to rise.

My word for 2026 is RISE, and for me that’s all about being more deeply aligned with who I am and what I value.

I hope you’ll join me in making this the year you resolve to show up exactly as you are, in all your beauty.

Welcome, 2026.
