☮️ Peace Within ☮️

My heart is full with love, gratitude, and compassion.

The energy I feel is calm, warm, and nurturing.

Life force surrounds me-the light from the sun, the whistles of the birds, the profound, all encompassing sensations of love within my heart.

This journey-my life-has prepares me for this moment. I am fully present and grateful for all I have learned and lived through to get me here.

I gasp for air as tears flow from my eyes. Sitting here in this moment feeling the energy of love and gratitude overtake me. It’s a wonderful feeling. So much compassion I can hold for myself to simply BE.

Once the gasps subside I return to peace-it’s as though I never have to breath again-I feel myself whole, complete, and full of life without the necessity to inhale.

It’s the feeling of peace within. That quiet place within me where I realize nothing matters and the only thing that truly exists is now.

I could live here forever.
I am One with Spirit.
Now and for eternity.
