Okay FedEx you are seriously dropping the ball on the delivery of my package that, as you show me on your convenient tracking site, has spent ALL DAY at your facility in Woodbridge. If you can't meet delivery windows then don't promise an on time delivery window to your customers just to blow through it again and again (first broken window on Tuesday, then re-scheduled for today 10-2:30 and broken, then "on time" for before 8:00 and now...BROKEN again, with a "by end of day" update. So...I should stay up until...midnight?)!!! Yes, I know, first world problem, but I can't leave this one on the porch, so I gotta be here to receive....
