Instead of advertising:

192.168.25.0/28

It advertises a summarized route:

Note: The mathematically correct summary for these contiguous networks is 192.168.24.0/22. A summary of 192.168.25.0/22 is not a valid network boundary. Always verify summaries using binary calculations or a subnet calculator.
