This wasn’t a decision we anticipated, but due to unforeseen issues with the space, we’ve made the difficult yet necessary choice to move on, with clarity, confidence, and care for our community of professionals and clients.

Richmond was where it all began, our first home, our testing ground, and the birthplace of a movement. It was more than a location; it was a launchpad for bold, independent health and fitness professionals to build thriving businesses on their own terms. And together, we made it into something truly special.

But this isn’t goodbye, it’s a leap forward. 🚀

✨ Our Spadina location remains open and thriving, and we’re excited to announce a new transition partner gym that will house our community as we reimagine what’s next.
