As June reaches its end, National Indigenous History Month is wrapping up, but our collective journey toward truth and reconciliation continues.
Over the past month, the Centennial College community has focused on recognizing the heritage, diversity and vital contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. While the month is ending, the opportunity to educate ourselves, listen to Indigenous storytellers and act on reconciliation remains a daily commitment.
Let’s carry the insights, stories and lessons we’ve learned this June into the rest of the year.
