At Covenant House, we believe every young person deserves a safe and stable future that cannot be broken by crisis or circumstances.
With the support of our community, young people can move beyond difficult circumstances and take meaningful steps toward lasting independence. Right now, your donation can go even further.
Thanks to the generosity of the Longo Family, every gift we receive by June 30 will be matched up to $100,000, helping more young people build unbreakable futures. π

So much of the care at Covenant House happens behind the scenes β and Thomas Scopie is such a powerful example of that!
As an Operations Supervisor, Thomas plays an essential role in creating spaces where young people feel safe, supported, and cared for every day. From keeping our heating and cooling systems running smoothly to ensuring our indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and secure, his work helps create a welcoming environment where youth can begin to feel a sense of stability.
A safe and stable environment is one of the most important foundations for healing and growth. Through his dedication and care, Thomas has seen firsthand the incredible resilience of the young people at Covenant House β and how everyday acts of care can provide hope during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Thank you, Thomas, for the compassion, commitment, and hard work you bring to Covenant House each and every day. π
This , we sat down with Diane Jung, a Registered Nurse at our on-site BensKids Health Centre, to reflect on the important role nurses play in caring for our community.
At Covenant House, nurses provide more than medical care. They offer compassion and support that helps young people heal, rebuild confidence, and move from crisis toward futures filled with hope and possibility.
Happy International Nurses Day. π
