Amna Wali | Prism of praise

12”x16” - Mix Media
This vibrant painting showcases a fusion of Kufic calligraphy and intricate mandala art on a dark canvas. On the right, the words “subhanALLAH” and “Alhamdulilah” are rendered in bold, geometric block script—one in shimmering gold and the other in silver. The left side is dominated by a stunning half-mandala, bursting with layers of purple, blue, and gold. This focal point is elevated with 3D embellishments, including tiny crystals and mirror accents that catch the light. The combination of rigid, ancient calligraphy with the fluid, colourful symmetry of the mandala creates a beautiful balance of tradition and modern craft.
