Since joining our team in 2018, Melissa has made a significant impact through dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent work. Her contributions to student programming development and quality, client support, operational improvement, strategic initiatives, and team support have strengthened our team and advanced our organization.

We are proud to recognize Chris as our March Teacher of the Month and celebrate the dedication they consistently demonstrate as both a teacher and our Saturday Supervisor.

Chris has been a steady and committed presence at Appletree for nearly six years. Over that time, their dedication has extended far beyond their own student sessions. They have played an integral role in our growth as a team and as an organization.

Their commitment to excellence is evident not only in what they do, but in how consistently they show up for our students and our team.

Chris is especially skilled at working with older students who may be functioning below grade level. While programming at this level can sometimes feel discouraging for students, Chris approaches this work with maturity, respect, and high expectations. Students feel supported, capable, and motivated in their sessions.
