I love practicing yoga in nature—it’s where I feel most connected and at peace. Whether it’s by the ocean, in the forest, or simply in a park, nature adds an extra sense of calm and grounding to my practice. When I can’t get out into nature, my backyard is the perfect spot to roll out my mat. Even in this small, familiar space, I can feel the benefits of being outdoors, surrounded by fresh air and natural light. It’s a great reminder that you don’t need to go far to experience the beauty of practicing yoga in nature!
