About 15 years ago, I made a cake for Chatime’s grand opening and attended their tea menu tastings. We got to sit with Kai, Chatime’s Product and Innovation Director. We really enjoyed listening to his recent travel stories in finding the best ingredients and inspirations. Seeing the same passion for quality and innovation all these years later was a full-circle moment.

A beautiful way to wrap up celebrate Asian Heritage Month, support Asian-founded businesses, and experience the connection between food, culture, and community.

If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend trying too!
