Have you ever noticed that the curve in your neck and the curve in your lower back are the same? There's evident proof that if you address the base of the spine, being the pelvis, everything above it will find its way into correction. Pretty much all my treatments, no matter where the pain is, start at the pelvis. To me the pelvis is the Keystone of the entire body. It is where we transmit forces of our appendicular skeleton to your axial skeleton, also transmitting forces between our upper and lower body! If you think of your spine as a building, your pelvis would be the foundation right? Here you can see a patient of mine who had a pretty severe side bent lesion in her neck. After I addressed her pelvis and her lower back and her neck seemed to straighten out without me even touching it! Science is cool hey?

Take note of the crease difference of the first and second picture, also look for the differences in her shoulder blades and her spine, what do you see?
