This past winter we had an opportunity to attend a career coaching session at one of our old high schools.

We talked with students about our careers - what we do, what running a business really looks like, and the messy, rewarding work of building something from the ground up.

We shared our work experiences some funny and others not so funny.

For us, it’s about being there. Showing up. Letting young people see what’s possible when you put your head down and bet on yourself.

We grew up in this community. We built CMB here. And we’ll keep showing up for the place that raised us.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to walk in familiar hallways and to be able to share our experiences with the younger generation.
