Around the world, cities light up for the holidays. From beautiful lighting displays, to traditional foods & beverages, to the work of artisans and performers, holiday markets often have something for everyone and can be an incredible experience.

As we head through December, we thought we would share some great markets you can visit around the world. Whether you celebrate one holiday or another, markets can be a wonderful way to spend time with your loved ones, create cherished memories, and support the local small businesses in your community. ( plus indulging in hot chocolate, mulled wine, or amusement park rides? We’re in!! )

✨🍁The arrival of fall — cooler weather, the changing colours, grey days — can make it challenging to keep momentum up. As the world slows down and the holidays approach, putting some key habits in place can make all the difference - to our health both physical and mental, our productivity, and our mindset.

We’ve all heard it before: Consistency is key. But staying consistent with our self-care and wellness habits doesn’t have to be complicated (or take a huge chunk of time out of our day)

To help you (and us) get some solid habits in place before winter, we thought we’d put together a 15 minute self care routine for your morning.

Just 15 minutes to:
- Journal & Notice what you’re grateful for
- Stretch & Move your body
- Breathe & Set your intention for the day

✨Welcome to the first weekend of October friends 🍁

With nature inviting us to slow down & reflect on the year up to this point, we thought we would share some helpful breathing exercises to guide you back to centre & help you make the most of the next few months - after all, the year isn’t over yet!
